Course Dates: June - July, 1996

Overall I feel a greater freedom to give myself pleasure in all areas of my life. Also, I've gained a lot of respect for people's space and for their desires. I've learned to love my body and myself more completely, looking for what's great and letting the rest be. This has caused me to take better care of myself and others. The instruction was excellent and always fun. I feel proud of myself for deciding to do this course. I'm sure I'll use this course every day. Thanks.

I was so happy to do the mirror exercise again. What a difference this course makes! I have had a lot of resistance to this class and I've enjoyed it a lot. I feel that I've had good experiences with the training cycle, although I still would like to use it more at home with my boyfriend.

Inspire - to take (breathe) in. This course presented an opportunity to experience and witness a very precious and intimate way to be with another person. So much more is available with a woman now. I was surprised at how clumsy I was. Frustrating at first. Being done by one of my fellow students was an experience of sensation that I did not know was available. It truly has changed my sensuous possibilities. Available - to take, the ability to offer. The other key word. I didn't feel as available as I usually do. I am responsible for that. Thank you for opening a whole new world of sensuality for me.

I had a great time in the course. I made the decision to have fun and enjoy the exercises fully and feel more. I learned to relax more and feel and talk at the same time. That was the most valuable lesson I got from the course. I enjoyed doing the exercises with one of the other men in the course very much. He was great! (i.e. confident, fun, responsive) I am grateful to Sheri and Françoise for giving me the extra push to take the course. I love my Joost family, I experienced getting off without tensing my muscles in class for the first time ever. I get that pleasure doesn't mean love, relationship, commitment. This was my 4th TLC and the best course I've taken so far. Learning/getting my goals of relaxing and feeling more while being done (I had the best orgasm of my life being super relaxed during this course.), pushing out, doing a man the best I've ever done - NO FEAR. And being a "belle of the ball" ( during the 5th week - being asked by guys to be their partner!) was a thrill. I love my new look and great feeling body. And thank you, Steve, for doing me in class. It was definitely a lot of fun. After my initial resistance was overcome by Françoise, Wendy and Kim, I am very thankful that they seduced me into doing the course. I feel much closer to everyone in the house and I can certainly feel more sensation in my finger when having dates.
