About preordering
We occasionally offer upcoming videos at a discounted price to customers who order in advance
of the release date.
You may receive multiple shipments if your order contained in-stock items as well as
preordered or back-ordered items.
This is at no extra charge to you; you will still benefit from any shipping discounts that would otherwise apply.
We will notify you by e-mail when your back-ordered items are shipped.

Declined Orders
The response code from eProcessingNetwork gives an indication of why the order did not go through (see below). If the problem persists:
- When checking out, select PayPal instead of eProcessingNetwork to process your credit card. (You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.) Or,

Video Formats
All of our videos are available on DVD or on VHS tape. We have PAL VHS versions of all videos available for those countries that use the PAL broadcast standard. Two of our videos are also available with Japanese language voice-over.
After adding the video titles you wish to order to your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout page. Be sure to select the format you want ("DVD", "VHS" or "PAL VHS") on the checkout page.
DVD
All of our videos are now available on DVD. Be sure to select "DVD" on the checkout page.
Overseas customers please note, these are Regionless (aka Region "0") NTSC DVDs. "Regionless" means the disc has no restrictions to any particular region of the globe. "NTSC" means that the recorded signal is compatible with US-style televisions. Most recent-model DVD players sold in PAL countries can also play our DVDs, since they are designed to translate the NTSC signal to PAL if needed. To learn more you can use the following links:
PAL video available for international customers
Our videos are available on VHS tape in either of two broadcast standards (this refers to the format of the television signal itself):
- "PAL" -- which is used in most of Europe -- or
- NTSC, the standard for the U.S. and Japan.
There are other standards (such as SECAM) used elsewhere.
If you normally watch videos recorded for the U.S. market on your system, you probably don't need PAL.
Also, most late-model DVD players sold in PAL countries can play our DVDs, since they are designed to
translate NTSC signals to PAL if needed.

To order your videos in PAL format, be sure to select "PAL VHS" on the checkout page.
We ship in non-descript packaging
Your videos will arrive in a plain manilla shipping envelope, or a standard USPS Global Priority
Mail shipping box. The return address will be The Welcomed Consensus, with our P.O. Box address. Your credit
card bill will show a charge to The Welcomed Consensus. If you ordered online, you will receive an e-mail receipt from Transactions@eProcessingNetwork.Com which includes an itemized list of products ordered.
Our non-spam policy
We do not disclose any customer information to any outside parties. We occasionally (approximately once a month) send out e-mail announcements of new videos or special course offerings. You can reply with the
word "Remove" in the subject to be removed from our mailing list. You can also visit our visit our Contact page
to request removal. We do not send announcements via standard postal mail.

Secure online ordering
Once you select your products, you are transferred to one of our credit card processors -- eProcessingNetwork or PayPal -- where your personal information
